Does your child carry big emotions — but struggle to talk about it?
Feelings Are Fun is an 8-session online art therapy programme that gives children aged 11–14 the tools to understand, name, and express their emotions — through art, play, and guided reflection.
Led by Divya Batra Masiwal · Art Therapist & Psychologist Mentor · 12+ Years Creating Safe Spaces

We've spent a generation getting better at raising children: children who can solve, perform, and compete.
Yet most parents we meet are asking some version of the same questions:
- How will my child survive in this world?
- Can he handle failure when it comes?
- Will she be able to handle disappointments?
- How will they hold themselves with confidence?
Emotional vocabulary is the thing we are still learning ourselves — and teaching our children is another task entirely. We then expect them to have words for it the moment a big feeling arrives. They reach for it. But it isn't there.
So they reach for whatever's nearest: the slammed door, the silence, the meltdown, the “I'm fine.”
Feelings Are Fun gives children the language — and the space — to find it.

Does your child do any of these?
- •Shuts down or goes silent when something is wrong
- •Gets angry or upset but can't explain why
- •Says “I'm fine” — but clearly isn't
- •Struggles with friendships, big transitions, or self-doubt
- •Finds it hard to ask for help or talk about feelings
If you nodded at even one of these — this programme was designed for them.
A safe space to explore themselves and the world around them.
Feelings Are Fun is a small-group online programme where children aged 11–14 use art — drawing, collage, colour, movement — to explore and understand their inner world.
No art skills needed. No pressure to talk. Just a safe, creative space where feelings are welcome, and every child gets seen.
Each session is 90 minutes, held online in a small group of up to 8 children, facilitated by a trained art therapist.
By the end of 8 sessions, your child will have:
- ✓A personal vocabulary for their emotions — words and images that are theirs
- ✓Tried-and-tested calming and self-expression tools they can use on their own
- ✓More confidence in social situations and relationships
- ✓A felt sense that their feelings are valid — and manageable
- ✓And honestly? They'll have had fun doing it.

July Batch — What We Know So Far
Timings are intentionally flexible. Once the group is formed, we'll find a slot that works for everyone.
What they're saying
The session on triggers was like it was tailor-made for my child. She left with so much more confidence in talking about herself and the feelings she has.
— Parent, Batch 1
I learnt so much in 90 minutes I didn't even know the time was over.
— Participant, Batch 1
I loved the session, it was fun and interesting at the same time. I learnt about myself and I want to keep learning about this.

A note from Divya
Running Feelings Are Fun has shown me something I already believed — children don't need to be “in crisis” to benefit from this. They just need a space where their feelings are seen and heard. Using art lowers defenses like nothing else — we see true expression emerge every session.
If your child is navigating the complicated years of growing up, this is for them. I keep the group small on purpose — every child gets seen.
Looking forward to meeting your little one in July.
