I founded Artfelt Therapy with a simple belief: healing should be accessible, culturally sensitive, and honor the many ways people process their emotions. Not everyone heals through talking alone—some of us need to create, to express, to transform our inner world through art.
My Journey
At different stages of my life, whether after my graduation in economics or during my teaching stint at Teach for India, whenever I tried to make sense of the world or contribute meaningfully to it, I found myself returning to the same space: mental health. It became clear that this was my puzzle piece in life.
Along the way, I discovered how powerfully art supported my own anxiety, self-expression, and emotional clarity, especially when there was not much scope for words. What began as something personal slowly became purposeful.
I knew I wanted to help more people access the same relief, insight, and grounding through art, in a way that felt safe, structured, and accessible.
What to Expect from Working with Me
You can expect a calm, non-judgmental space where you can slow down, breathe a little easier, and stop feeling like you need to "get it right." You don't need to be articulate or good at art. We work at a pace that feels manageable, helping your nervous system settle before trying to make sense of anything.
Through a blend of psychology, mindfulness, and simple art-based practices, sessions help you release mental clutter, understand what your anxiety is responding to, and feel more grounded in your body and thoughts. Many people leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more steady, with practical tools they can return to when things feel overwhelming.
This isn't about creating impressive artwork or analysing every emotion. It's about gently building awareness, emotional regulation, and a sense of inner safety, so change feels possible rather than exhausting.
